Ww1 Bayonet SwitzerlandI don't know a lot about this bayonet, i believe form research it fits a m1889 rifle. It does have a rivet in the fuller, the crosspiece has number 229746 and has the swiss cross, maschinenfabrk over bern on blade, overall length is 167/16 with a blade of 113/4, shows two large rivets on wooden handle grip and they are not split or cracked, i have not attempted to clean i do not have a scabbard for bayonet. |
